Pensions

Net Replacement Ratio

See how much of your final salary your pension could replace. Adjust salary, contributions and investment assumptions and watch the estimate change.

How a replacement ratio is formedA line shows salary rising through a working life to a final salary at retirement. After retirement a lower, level line shows pension income. A bar compares the two: the pension income as a share of final salary.
Replacement ratio is your annual pension as a share of your final pensionable salary, before tax. The calculator estimates it for defined-contribution schemes, from assumptions you set.
